Policies

 

• Prices are in Australian Dollars ~  If you can't work it out please contact me I'm more than happy to let you know what the price will be in whatever currency you use.

• Payment is by Paypal please. This is a safe, secure way to pay online. You don't need a paypal account to use paypal and you can pay with your credit card.

• International buyers ~ I'm sorry I don't accept money orders or bank deposit. You can purchase using a credit card which will also go through paypal but you do not need to have a paypal account to use your credit card.
  

• Australian buyers ~ I'm happy to also accept money orders and bank deposits. Please contact me for more information if you are going to use another form of payment other than Paypal.

• I would appreciate it if you could please pay within 7 days unless you have made other arrangements with me.

• All of my garments are protected in bags and the booties are in clear plastic boxes. They are then packed into cardboard boxes to protect them while they are being shipped.

• For postage within Australia I use regular post. If you require registered or express post please contact me as there will be the extra postage cost. I'm happy to give you a quote for registering or express post. I'm also happy to combine postage for you on items you purchase.

• For international shipping I use Australia post and all items are sent airmail. If you require insurance please contact me and I can advise you as to the insurance rate and if your location allows for insurance. For instance, Australia Post will not insure postage to Canada ~ no idea why! I am happy to combine postage if you are charged too much shipping on items you purchase please be reassured I will refund you any over charges.
  
• If you don't live in Australia and want to buy bulk felt please contact me first for a shipping quote as shipping goes by weight and will in most cases due to weight be more expensive to ship.
  

• If you choose not to insure your parcel I can't be held responsible if you don't receive it or it gets lost. I will not replace the parcel! So please be aware if you do not register or insure your parcel it is not replaced!
  

• When you receive your parcel I would appreciate it if you could email me to let me know you received it safely! Thank you!
