Shipping policies
HOLIDAY times for December 2023 - January 2024
We will be closed from the 20th December 2023 and will reopen on the 8th January 2024. Any order placed during this time will be sent out on the 8th. If you need felt urgently, please contact me and I can send it out for you.
Please note - Bumble Bee Designs is based in Australia. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The cut off time for your package to ship on these days is 11am.
Due to Covid-19 it is quite expensive to ship international there are only a couple of overseas options available. If you would like a quote before purchasing, please contact me.
- All felt supply orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We always keep our felt colours well stocked. However, if we are out of stock of a colour a message will be put on the colour name so you are aware before purchasing. If we are out of stock of a colour it will be restocked within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs and times depend on what country you live in I post as soon as possible but then it is in the hands of the shipping carriers and I have no control over it. Parcels are shipped through Australia Post and we ship internationally. Please note that any parcels shipped to countries outside of Australia can take 4-5 weeks if there are delays with the shipping companies.

Please note if you have been overcharged for shipping I will refund you the overcharge. I only charge you the exact cost that I pay at the post office so you will always be refunded. If you are concerned about the price of the shipping or would like a quote before you purchase please contact me.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to an insured parcel or a parcel with a tracking number please contact me through the contact tab and we will work out the extra cost to you and the specifics.
